Isolux is the company that will build the power transmission line between Jurupari and Laranjal do Jari, at a voltage of 230 kV, between Pará and Amapá. The Spanish company won the lot with a discount of 0.60%, with a final annual revenue allowance of 17.2 million reais.
It was one of the companies that participated in yesterday’s auction of transmission lines, organized by the federal government, which was characterized by the lack of competition among those present. There was interest in only four of the nine lots offered. The discount on these lots was 12.88%. The maximum annual revenue allowance, which had been expected to reach R$432 million, was R$376 million.
There was no interest in the lot that included the Xingu – Altamira, Altamira – Transamazônica, Transamazônica – Tapajós lines, substation and Rurópolis. Another lot without a proposal was the Onça Puma substation, where Vale’s copper project is located, in southern Pará.
Is it an effect of the Petrobrás scandal or is it waiting for a more favorable moment for investors?
